What's CAP?

Our Mission

Community Alliance Pact, Inc., “CAP”, is a 501c3 Nonprofit Organization in Dallas, TX founded by Executive Director, Juan'Kimla Robinson. We are committed to minimizing poverty in Dallas, Austin, and Georgetown through targeted financial empowerment. Leveraging the expertise of real Financial Advisors, we deliver impactful workshops, webinars, and mentorship to residents of underprivileged and disadvantaged communities. Our mission extends to shaping the financial mindset of the youth through specialized Youth programs, fostering a generation equipped with the knowledge to navigate the complexities of personal finance. Our ultimate goal is to provide readily available access to the tools and knowledge necessary for individuals to attain lasting Financial Independence. In realizing this vision, we believe "Financial Freedom is the FUTURE!"

Our History

Our Founder faced the daunting task of rebuilding her life after a series of financial setbacks. Stripped of everything, she recognized the profound and detrimental impact of systemic oppression on minorities, foreseeing an escalating problem. The stark socioeconomic disparity among minorities, particularly those in underprivileged neighborhoods, highlighted a substantial opportunity gap. The absence of practical financial education in school curriculums and the limited accessibility of resources for adults spurred her into action. Joining forces with like-minded individuals in her community, she initiated a commitment to alter prevailing circumstances, giving rise to the inception of Community Alliance Pact.
